I’ve just been reading about Dominoes Pizza in the US offering Gluten Free pizza bases. They are only OK for people with ‘mild gluten sensativity’ not for Celeriacs.

I’ve heard a rumour they are going to be starting this in the UK as well – will it be the same as the US – not for Celeriacs?

Also I know they are doing this already in Australia as well – same again?

I guess that means they don’t cook them seperately ?

According to EU legislation, they won’t be able to call them gluten-free in the UK unless they are suitable for celeriacs. Even “very low gluten” would be out.

“gluten lite”? “less gluten than a bowl of gluten”?
